Apostles and Football

My boy and I went to the BYU vs. Hawaii football game. While we were walking in the parking lot of the stadium we ran into Elder D. Todd Christofferson of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles.



He stuck out a little - not too many people attend college football games in suits. We were able to shake his hand and he asked Evan what his name was. As we walked away, Evan watched him walk away for a few seconds with a perplexed look on his face. He then asked me: "I thought apostles did, like, important stuff?"

My boy, football is important.
